HBCA Rules & Regulations

The Board of Directors has been working hard to update the Rules and Regulations of our Huntington Beach Community Association. The goal is to protect the best interests of the general membership, promote fair use of the beach property and keep everyone as safe as possible. We have also compiled a one-pager with some of the most important rules seen here. Your district director will be delivering this to your mailbox (if you haven't already received it).
